1. Subscription & Payments

Our subscription costs $9.99 per month and is billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled or a $60.00 %50off discounted one time payment. Your subscription includes access to our latest digital templates and unlimited technical support.


2. No Monetary Refunds Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods once they have been downloaded or accessed, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all subscription payments. All sales are final.

  • We do not offer full or partial refunds for the current billing period, previous billing periods, or any unused portion of the monthly subscription.
  • Once a charge has been successfully processed, you will retain access to the templates and technical support for the remainder of that billing cycle.

3. Our Guarantee: Replacement & Troubleshooting

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive a working product and the support you need. Our guarantee is based on replacement and technical support.

If you encounter any issues with the download, installation, or functionality of a template, you must first contact our support team. We offer unlimited technical support to resolve any problems.

B. Template Replacement

If our support team is unable to resolve a functional issue with a purchased digital template within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide you with a replacement template of equal or greater value, at no additional charge.


4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

  • You will retain access to the templates and support until the end of the current paid period.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or past monthly charges.
